This website at https://janezampieri.com is operated by Zampieri Med Spa ("the clinic", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The site is information, not medical advice

The content describes aesthetic treatments in general terms, for education. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a provider-patient relationship. Whether a treatment suits you, and how it should be planned, is decided at an in-person consultation, after a health history. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Who performs the treatments

Treatments at the clinic are performed by Jane Zampieri, RN, Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Injector. All treatments are performed under the supervision of a licensed Florida medical director. Credentials are available at the clinic.

3. Results vary

Results depend on anatomy, health, the product used and follow-up, and they differ from person to person. Before and after photographs on the site show individual patients, published with their written consent. They are not a promise of a similar result for you.

4. Regulatory status of treatments

Some treatments described on the site involve products or devices used outside their approved indication, or not cleared by the FDA for an aesthetic use. Where that applies, the treatment page says so in a visible note. Ask about it at your consultation before deciding anything.

5. Prices

Prices shown on the site are starting prices for a standard treatment and may change without notice. Your exact price is confirmed at the consultation, before anything is decided.

6. Appointments and contact

Messages sent on WhatsApp and phone calls are answered during opening hours. A message does not book an appointment by itself. The appointment exists once the clinic replies confirming it.

7. Content and trademarks

The text, photographs, logo and the Zampieri Med Spa name belong to the clinic or are used with permission. You may not copy, publish or reuse them without written permission. Patient photographs may never be copied or redistributed.

8. Third-party services

Links to Google, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, and we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by Florida law, the clinic is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them changes the clinic's duties toward its patients.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
