Zampieri Med Spa ("the clinic", "we") operates this website at https://janezampieri.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Health information you share at the clinic is handled under the clinic's patient privacy practices, which are given to you in person.

The site is informational. It has no contact form, no online booking, no patient portal and no accounts, and it does not ask for health information.

1. Information you send us

The two ways to reach the clinic from the site are a WhatsApp link and a phone link. When you use them, the conversation happens on WhatsApp or by phone, outside this site. We use what you tell us there to answer your question and to schedule your visit.

Please do not send health history, medication lists or photos of a treatment area over WhatsApp before your consultation. That information belongs in the consultation, in person.

2. Information collected automatically

The site is served by a hosting provider (Vercel). Its servers keep standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.

The site is prepared for Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. When they are active, Google sets cookies and records the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and clicks on the WhatsApp and phone buttons. We never send names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or health information to analytics. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.

3. Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Analytics cookies are set only while Google Analytics or Tag Manager is active, and the embedded services listed below may set their own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working without them.

4. Services embedded in the site

Some parts of the site are loaded from third parties, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies:

• Google Maps, for the map of the clinic.
• Google Fonts, for the typefaces.
• Google Business Profile, for the link to the clinic's reviews.
• WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, through the links to those services.

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy.

5. How we use and share information

We use information to respond to you, to schedule and confirm appointments, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, as needed to operate the site and to communicate with you, and when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Messages and call records are kept for as long as needed to manage your appointments and to meet the clinic's record-keeping obligations. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

7. Your choices

You may ask what information we hold from your messages with the clinic, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and ask us to stop contacting you at any time. 8. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
